Senior Clinical Sales Executive

Overview

Senior Clinical Sales Executive role focused on maximizing utilization of Intuitive Surgical’s da Vinci Surgical System in an assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Develop a strategy with the Clinical Sales Manager to drive da Vinci Surgical System utilization.
• Become an expert across primary surgical specialties to support surgical robotics program development.
• Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals.
• Support sales and marketing development events to create system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Train and develop OR staff for pre-, intra-, and postoperative system management.
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent use.
• Drive utilization and qualified lead generation with hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders.

What you'll need

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-10 years prior sales experience in the medical devices space.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
