Associate, Client Support

Overview

Client Services professional in Regulatory & Compliance, serving as the point of contact for clients using the Counterparty Manager (CPM) suite and ensuring timely, accurate support across the client lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Provide timely and accurate support for clients using the CPM suite.
• Resolve client issues by applying product and process understanding.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, implementation, operations, and other business functions) to share client feedback and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with peers and commercial partners to deliver consistent CPM services across EMEA, APAC, and US hours.
• Provide weekend support for all Counterparty Manager products and Tax Solution support coverage.
• Translate client sentiment into actionable insights for product enhancements and service improvements.

What you'll need

• Be a point of contact for clients using the Counterparty Manager (CPM) suite.
• Use strong client servicing skills.
• Demonstrate product and process understanding to resolve issues.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate with clients.
