Senior Territory Manager, Surgical, New Delhi

Overview

Senior Territory Manager for Surgical Structural Heart in New Delhi, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Edwards’ market share by managing key customer relationships and closing new business opportunities.

What you'll do

• Act as main point of contact for the assigned territory/customer base within the Surgical Structural Heart business unit.
• Build and manage long-lasting customer relationships and expand the regional network to support market positioning.
• Identify and close new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Develop and execute an annual plan to achieve regional objectives.
• Provide clinical expertise in structural heart therapies.
• Perform incidental duties.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Bring 5+ years of progressive medical sales experience.
• Demonstrate deep product and market knowledge.
• Have a proven track record in medical device sales.
• Possess strong influencing skills.
• Have experience/knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology relevant to EW medical products.
• Maintain the ability to navigate complex customer environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in surgical devices.
• Existing knowledge/network in the territory to be covered.
• Full knowledge of strengths and limitations of own and competitor products.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
