Sales Representative – Vegetable Seeds (Czech Republic & Slovakia)

Overview

Sales Representative for vegetable seeds supporting open-field vegetable growers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia through sales planning, technical advisory, education, and field trials.

What you'll do

• Create and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets in the designated territory.
• Monitor the market and work to maximize sales results and market share.
• Provide agrotechnical advice to help growers choose vegetable seed varieties.
• Organize training sessions, meetings with growers, and field days demonstrating technologies.
• Coordinate and supervise trial plots of new vegetable varieties on growers’ fields.

What you'll need

• Have higher education in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field.
• Bring practical knowledge of the agricultural/horticultural industry and expertise in agrotechnics.
• Hold a Category B driving license and be ready for business travel.
• Use English with communicative knowledge for internal company communication.
• Be fluent in Czech or Slovak (mandatory).
• Be proficient in MS Office.
• Show commercial acumen and strong relationship-building skills for persuading customers.
