Sales Associate

Overview

Sales Associate working within the Southern California territory to prospect and sell Sika products. You’ll develop customers, support value-based marketing, and coordinate technical support for bids and installations.

What you'll do

• Prospect and sell Sika products within the Southern California territory.
• Develop customers via lead follow-up or other marketing initiatives to meet sales and profit goals.
• Follow up and qualify leads while building new contractor relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• Develop knowledge of Sika products for customer product selection and application techniques.
• Support contractor bidding and installation of Sika products with necessary technical support.
• Develop and maintain architectural/engineering contacts to create product specifications for projects.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to build relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, and end users.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to understand value selling and apply quality customer service.
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to temporarily relocate for training purposes.
