Overview

Project Sales Representative for Sika’s Buildings & Parking refurbishment, sealing, and bonding team, focused on growing demand through customer relationships and product promotion.

What you'll do

• Meet or exceed sales targets aligned with pricing and profitability goals.
• Promote Sika products through specifications and contractor partnerships.
• Manage and grow a territory using strategic account management and regular field coverage.
• Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and customer needs.
• Develop tailored sales plans for key accounts to address their goals and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and ensure alignment.
• Support profitability through informed, customer-focused decision-making.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of sales experience in building materials.
• Knowledge of the construction industry.
• Ability to build relationships and hit targets.
• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
