BestDrive Commercial Sales Associate (EG)

Overview

The Commercial Sales Associate is the primary contact for sales and service at a commercial tire dealership, managing sales for area fleets and promoting tires, retreads, and related services.

What you'll do

• Sell industrial tires, new truck tires, retreads, and services.
• Solicit existing store accounts and call on prospective new accounts.
• Develop and grow commercial truck tire accounts in designated areas.
• Maintain current accounts through regular sales calls and follow-up.
• Use the existing business operating system for billing across sales channels.
• Prepare weekly sales plans and complete call reports per company procedures.
• Meet established sales and gross profit goals.

What you'll need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a DOT med card.
• Previous sales experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check including employment history, SSN verification, and criminal history.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship offered).

Nice to have

• Previous commercial tire sales experience.
• 5+ years experience in the tire industry.
• Retread tire knowledge.

Details

• Work hours generally 7–5, Monday–Friday; Saturday and evenings as needed.
• Travel: 75% within a regional area; minimal overnight travel.
