Sales Manager

About the role

We’re hiring 4 Sales Managers for mortgage sales in Delhi NCR. This is a great opportunity for someone who already understands the home loan or mortgage space and enjoys working directly with customers to drive business growth.

What you'll do

• Source and close mortgage leads through field sales and local business networks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, connectors, and channel partners
• Understand client requirements and recommend the right mortgage solutions
• Follow up on leads consistently to improve conversions and meet monthly targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete documentation and move cases smoothly to closure

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in the mortgage or home loan sales domain
• Strong understanding of the lending process and customer acquisition
• Comfortable working in Delhi NCR and meeting clients in person
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and handle negotiations
• Relevant experience in the same field is required

Nice to have

• Existing network of property dealers, DSAs, or local referral partners
• Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions
