Sales Development Executive

About the role

We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Executive to support a well-established manufacturing business with 50 years in the industry. This role focuses on generating leads and building a strong pipeline for indoor and outdoor gym equipment, playfield equipment, sports and track & field products, rubber flooring, and AMC services.

What you'll do

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities for gym equipment and sports infrastructure products
• Build a steady pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, and field outreach
• Connect with schools, colleges, sports facilities, contractors, and other B2B customers
• Follow up on enquiries, schedule meetings, and support the sales closure process
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM and report daily progress

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for working with customers and distributors
• Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial products is preferred
• Willingness to work from the Pimpri-Chinchwad MIDC, Pune location

Nice to have

• Experience selling sports, fitness, or infrastructure products
• Exposure to AMC, institutional sales, or local market development
