Sr Business Development Manager (Req #1432)

Overview

Sr Business Development Manager responsible for incremental sales growth in an assigned territory and for developing sales demand via sell-to and sell-through models.

What you'll do

• Drive objectively measured incremental sales growth in an assigned territory.
• Serve as a territory liaison supporting field sales organization training and skill development.
• Lead sales demand generation campaigns with the field sales organization.
• Analyze and prioritize selling activity within existing accounts to drive efficient sales growth.
• Collaborate to develop joint marketing plans and support scheduled demand generation activities.
• Manage ongoing training and development for supported sales and engineering staff.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and meet or exceed sales financial targets.

What you'll need

• BA/BS in Business, Management, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience selling with significant business development responsibilities in AI, Cloud, and Data Center technologies.
• Proven success selling solutions at the CXO and VP level.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Knowledge and experience selling annuity-based managed services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a matrix managed environment.
