Overview

Manage procurement activities for materials and services, from sourcing and quotation analysis through purchase orders and delivery follow-up.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with product development teams to source materials and services.
• Initiate procurement inquiries and collect quotations.
• Analyse quotations for cost, quality, and supplier reliability.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare purchase orders based on agreed terms and conditions.
• Monitor order progress and resolve delivery issues.
• Prepare MIS and alert management about doubtful or bad debts.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• DME or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Negotiation skills.
• Supplier management skills.
• Analysis skills.
• Contract management skills.
• Knowledge of GST, bank guarantees, and L/Cs.
