Overview

Procurement PaaS- Associate to support sourcing and procurement managed services for clients within PwC’s Business & Supply Chain Operations network.

What you'll do

• Contribute to sourcing and procurement projects supporting client engagements.
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
• Support contract management and negotiation processes to achieve favorable terms.
• Use procurement software such as SAP Ariba and Coupa to streamline procurement.
• Conduct spend analysis and supplier evaluations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers for supplier relationship management and contractual compliance.
• Participate in demand management and budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2-4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Experience with contract management, including managing renewals and negotiations.
• Supplier management experience such as conducting QBRs and managing supplier performance.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms such as Coupa and SAP Ariba.
• Knowledge of P2P fundamentals including spend/commodity taxonomies and invoice processing.
