Associate, Procurement

Overview

Circles is hiring an Associate, Procurement to manage technology spend and vendor/contract lifecycles for IT and related services.

What you'll do

• Manage lifecycle relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate renewals and administer IT-related contracts, including SaaS, hardware, cloud, and telecom.
• Monitor vendor compliance against contract terms, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Optimize technology spend by analyzing patterns and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Support IT budgeting and forecasting for technology spend categories.
• Track software license usage to prevent overages and ensure compliance.
• Conduct vendor due diligence and support governance, risk, and audit requests.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and/or contract management, preferably in IT or technology services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, IaaS, PaaS licensing models, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
• Proven negotiation and contracting experience.
• Experience with vendor management tools such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or other spend analytics tools.
• Solid grasp of p2p process and financial governance.
