Supply Chain Invoice Associate

Overview

The Supply Chain Invoice Associate handles inbound vendor/service billing by verifying and processing invoices in line with contractual and statutory requirements.

What you'll do

• Process and verify inward invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and service agreements.
• Ensure billing data accuracy including pricing, tax treatment, currency conversion, and cost allocations.
• Reconcile billing accounts and resolve discrepancies with counterpart entities.
• Coordinate with global/regional finance teams on billing schedules and month-end close.
• Support month-end/year-end closing activities related to inward billing, accruals, and provisions.
• Maintain billing records and documentation for internal control, statutory, and audit requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports and reconciliations for management review.

What you'll need

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–5 years of experience in billing, accounts payable/receivable, or accounting.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and clear communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
