Overview
Technical Content Development Engineer to design and build technical interview questions and scoring reference solutions for software engineering candidates.
What you'll do
- Design and build technical interview questions, including coding exercises, debugging challenges, knowledge assessments, and real-world engineering scenarios.
- Write, test, and correct interview content and reference solutions across multiple programming languages.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up content creation while applying engineering judgment for accuracy.
- Conduct peer reviews to ensure content meets technical and quality standards.
- Update content using candidate performance data, interviewer feedback, and content correction requests.
- Work with the Content Architecture team on format, standards, and process improvements.
What you'll need
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience post-academic and post-internship.
- Experience working in at least one modern programming language.
- Strong fundamentals in debugging, testing, reviewing code, and giving constructive technical feedback.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely with availability overlapping U.S. business hours.
