Overview

Onsite certification lead and courseware developer for HPE Networking Aruba certification content and exams.

What you'll do

• Create and manage certification content including concepts, examples, tasks, and hands-on activities.
• Plan, schedule, staff, and participate in written and expert-level (E-level) certification development workshops.
• Develop and maintain exam blueprints, practice item banks, and practice exams.
• Convert workshop outputs into functional exam environments and validate expert-level exam tasks and configurations.
• Review exam performance data and coordinate with ops teams to publish exam updates for delivery.
• Partner to develop self-study bundles, lab content, and courseware materials; support certification candidates with learning path guidance.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience producing technical content.
• BA/BS in technical writing, English, computer science, or related field, or comparable experience.
• Ability to research complex technical concepts independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to use AI tools to scale content creation while retaining quality.
• Hands-on experience with network technologies including routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, and cloud services.

Nice to have

• Expertise with HPE Aruba Networking and/or HPE Juniper Networking products and technologies.
• Networking industry expert-level certifications.
