Senior Technical Content Development Engineer (India)

Overview

Senior Content Development Engineer to design and build technically demanding interview questions and scoring reference solutions for software engineering candidates.

What you'll do

• Design and build advanced technical interview content, including complex multi-step coding and debugging scenarios.
• Write code to construct, test, and correct interview problems and their reference solutions.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up content creation while keeping it accurate and fair.
• Lead peer reviews of interview content and provide technical feedback to set the quality bar.
• Diagnose and fix underperforming content using performance data and interviewer feedback.
• Partner with Content Architecture on complex format and standards decisions.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience post-academic/post-internship.
• Experience working on complex systems or technically demanding problems.
• Strong fundamentals in debugging, testing, and reviewing code.
• Experience giving technical feedback to other engineers.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working remotely on global distributed teams with availability during US hours.
