Lead - Talent Acquisition

Overview

Lead Talent Acquisition builds technical hiring pipelines and leads end-to-end recruiting to staff engineering teams for global organizations.

What you'll do

• Develop proactive talent pipelines for active and passive technical candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, technical assessments, and candidate engagement to support quality hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to define ideal candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
• Provide market intelligence, hiring trends, and competitor insights to guide recruiting strategies.
• Prepare recruiting dashboards and track metrics such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance.
• Lead hiring review meetings and share structured weekly pipeline and progress updates.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7–8 years of recruitment experience.
• At least 4–5 years of dedicated technical hiring experience.
• Experience hiring for software, frontend, backend, DevOps, infrastructure, data, and QA roles.
• Knowledge of modern ATS platforms including iCIMS, Workday, and Lever; plus LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Track recruiting metrics and analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
