Mid-Market Account Executive, Industries

Overview

Drive adoption of safe, frontier AI for mid-market companies in key industries by winning strategic deals and expanding accounts.

What you'll do

• Contribute to the Mid-Market GTM strategy by identifying new use cases in your assigned verticals.
• Win new business and drive strategic expansion in key accounts across verticals.
• Own a revenue target and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Automate and “agentify” repeatable sales-process workflows by identifying automatable buyer-journey elements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and crafting tailored AI solutions.
• Develop sales collateral, proposals, and presentations positioning Anthropic’s AI products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new solutions to market and provide roadmap feedback.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology, preferably SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies.
• Experience automating workflows or building automations for repeatable sales-process components.
• Proven experience exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced organizations with an evolving pipeline.
• Excellent communication skills for confident presentations across customer levels (IC to C-level).
• Ability to bring order to complexity with a hands-on “roll up your sleeves” mindset.
• A strategic, analytical approach to assessing markets and executing tactically to capture opportunities.
• Passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems, with a focus on safely developing frontier AI.

Details

• Location requirement: be in office 4x a week in one of the hub locations.
• Compensation range (OTE): $290,000–$360,000 USD annually.
