Overview

Associate – AI Engineer, Advisory focused on designing and implementing autonomous AI agents and building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems for client solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and implement autonomous agents using frameworks such as LangChain, Crew.ai, SK, and Autogen.
• Develop and optimize RAG systems to improve information retrieval and response generation.
• Create evaluation frameworks to test agent performance and safety.
• Implement monitoring and logging for agent behavior.
• Develop documentation and best practices for agent development.
• Contribute to improving agent architecture and capabilities.

What you'll need

• 4 to 7 years of experience.
• Advanced Python programming with expertise in async programming and API development.
• Experience building and deploying autonomous agents.
• Solid understanding of safety principles and best practices; ability to resolve hallucinations.
• Experience with vector databases and embedding models.
• Ability to implement RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
