Associate, Compliance Audit

Overview

Compliance Audit Associate role focused on internal audits of the consultation lifecycle to ensure compliance with policies, applicable laws, and client-specific processes across international offices.

What you'll do

• Execute internal audits on compliance policies and procedures for legal and internal adherence.
• Identify gaps and review responses, recommending improvements to maintain compliance standards.
• Provide written and oral feedback on audit findings to Compliance Audit senior management.
• Stay current on compliance requirements and relevant legislative changes.
• Work with IT/BI to gather or explore internal data as required.
• Undertake special projects arising from business and senior management communications.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, internal audit and risk management.
• Detail-oriented mindset to identify red flags and inconsistencies in complex environments.
• Ability to communicate compliance requirements to diverse internal stakeholders and global teams.
• Ability to manage multiple audit queues simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CA, CIA, ACCA, or equivalent.
