What you'll do

• Complete assigned quality assurance audit reviews on time in line with SLA.
• Identify key risks in the assigned area and escalate concerns to a supervisor.
• Share feedback with the supervisor on successes and failures from QA findings.
• Report training needs or improvement opportunities to management.
• Provide procedures and address issues that may impact accuracy, timeliness, or deadlines.
• Ensure regulatory and operational compliance for loans reviewed.
• Respond to internal and external customer needs in a timely, accurate, professional manner.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years’ experience in operations, operational risk, or risk management.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Outstanding analytical capabilities to identify root causes.
• Ability to assess situations objectively.
• Demonstrated analytical-thinking and problem-solving experience.
• Ability to prioritize daily activities and work in a team environment.

Nice to have

• US or any region mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Experience in loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and underwriting beneficial.
• Experience working with Sagent/MSP/LoanSphere (BKFS) is good to have.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related discipline.
