Business Development Manager (India)

Overview

Business Development Manager for India, responsible for generating and managing partnerships across the South Asia region.

What you'll do

• Develop the business by establishing strategic partner relations and partnerships in the region to drive profitable growth.
• Recruit and introduce new partners to the firm on an ongoing basis.
• Identify and report business opportunities to raise the company’s market share.
• Source and communicate with local partners to foster long-term relationships.
• Meet partners on business trips and present company products and services.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of lead sources.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of relevant business development experience within financial markets in South Asia.
• Strong understanding of the financial market and brokerage business.
• Excellent understanding of regulatory regime and policies.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to achieve KPIs and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent command of English and Hindi.
