Cloud Services Engineer

Overview

Cloud Services Engineer acting as a liaison between a client and Accenture operations teams for support, escalations, and service delivery health communication.

What you'll do

• Communicate service delivery health, performance issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure cloud orchestration and automation aligns with target SLAs with minimal downtime.
• Hold performance meetings to share performance, consumption data, and trends.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to support decisions and problem solving.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize cloud service delivery and resolve complex issues.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team and with stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Experience with cloud orchestration and automation tools for cloud environment management.
• Ability to analyze performance data and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs) and cloud service operational best practices.
