Performance Engineer

Overview

Performance Engineer role focused on diagnosing and resolving complex performance issues not identified by an internal performance testing team.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve complex performance issues independently.
• Contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
• Continuously monitor and analyze system metrics to find bottlenecks and improvement areas.
• Document findings and share knowledge with the team.
• Guide junior team members in troubleshooting performance issues.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and system architecture principles.
• Experience with performance testing methodologies and validation techniques.
• Ability to conduct capacity planning and forecast resource requirements.
• Skills in application performance management and problem detection strategies.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex performance-related challenges.
