Overview

Senior L3 Systems Engineer / Senior IT Application Support (Level 3 Support) for Iron Mountain’s Global Technical Application Support team.

What you'll do

• Lead complex technical diagnostics and incident resolution with root cause analysis until full resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, DevOps, Product Owners, and Sales to troubleshoot and improve platform stability and scalability.
• Support onboarding of new clients onto the digital solutions ecosystem.
• Monitor system health and manage alert notifications while following IT service delivery standards.
• Adhere to Incident, Problem, and Change Management frameworks.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level applications in an advanced Level 3 (L3) support capacity.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with on-premises multi-tier architectures and Linux operating systems.
• Skills in log analysis tools and observability frameworks such as Datadog or Grafana.
• Proven ability in root cause analysis, Incident/Problem/Change Management, and process automation.
• Python scripting experience and using ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or applicable work experience (BS, MS, or MBA) from an accredited/recognized university.
