Cloud Services Engineer

Overview

Cloud Services Engineer acting as a liaison between the client and internal operations teams for support, escalations, and service delivery communication.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client support and escalation needs.
• Monitor cloud service delivery health and communicate risks, performance issues, or concerns to stakeholders.
• Ensure cloud orchestration and automation operate to target SLAs with minimal downtime.
• Run performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve cloud service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Support junior team members through guidance and knowledge sharing.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Python.
• Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Experience with cloud orchestration and automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex cloud issues.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and consumption data to identify trends.
• Familiarity with service level agreements and maintaining operational standards for minimal downtime.
• 15 years full time education is required.
