Cloud Services Engineer

Overview

Cloud Services Engineer acting as a liaison between client and internal operations for support escalations and service delivery health communication.

What you'll do

• Coordinate communication between client and operations teams for support and escalations.
• Ensure cloud orchestration and automation operate to meet target SLAs with minimal downtime.
• Monitor service delivery health and explain performance issues or risks to stakeholders.
• Run performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.
• Monitor and report service delivery metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Python.
• Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Experience with cloud orchestration and automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex system issues.
• Familiarity with monitoring and performance management tools.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders.
