Associate Construction Specialist

Overview

Associate Construction Specialist (junior construction supervision) supporting the Senior Technological Site Supervisor for timely, quality project execution on railway signalling-related work.

What you'll do

• Support timely preparation and issuance of technology-specific construction documents and deliverables.
• Verify construction quality against approved drawings, technical specifications, and project plans; address deviations.
• Support material receipt, inspection, storage, and handover activities.
• Maintain site records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Continuously update work progress tracking tools and required construction records.
• Ensure deliverables comply with HSE requirements and report non-compliance; support corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor contractor performance for scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Railway Signalling site installation and project execution activities.
• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
