Associate Data Scientist

Overview

Associate Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy predictive and prescriptive machine learning models, working with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data science solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and implement predictive and prescriptive models for regression, classification, and optimization.
• Use techniques including structural time series modeling and boosting algorithms (e.g., XGBoost, LightGBM).
• Develop and tune ML models using Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Write production-ready, scalable, deployment-optimized code and frameworks.
• Rapidly prototype and test hypotheses to validate model approaches.
• Build automated workflows for model monitoring and performance evaluation; create dashboards for metrics such as model drift and Shapley values.
• Work in Agile environments and contribute to iterative development and sprint planning.

What you'll need

• 4-7 years of experience in the Data Science domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience developing models with Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Ability to apply structural time series modeling and boosting (e.g., XGBoost, LightGBM).
• Familiarity with production-ready code and deployment/scalability concerns.

Nice to have

• Familiarity of GenAI and agentic solutions, RAG, and model distillation.
