Overview

Senior Manager role in Tax Services (Direct Tax, Domestic Tax, TRS) focused on client advisory and compliance support, tax planning, and strategy.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end client management and client development activities, including proposals and deal wins.
• Independently deliver advisory and compliance engagements for direct tax (e.g., tax structuring, ongoing compliance, litigation support).
• Analyze, interpret, and apply provisions of the Income-tax Act, 2023 and related instruments for domestic and international tax matters.
• Independently analyze and apply Transfer Pricing provisions and related OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
• Manage tax, regulatory, advisory, and compliance engagements for FIIs and e-commerce businesses.
• Lead engagement execution and help build the practice through sourcing and proactive delivery.
• Provide comprehensive solutions across multiple laws and collaborate as Lead Client Manager across service lines.

What you'll need

• 10 to 12 years of post-qualification relevant work experience as a Chartered Accountant.
• In-depth knowledge of tax treaties and OECD guidelines for cross-border transactions.
• Knowledge of direct tax and corporate tax, including Income Tax and Double Tax Avoidance Agreements.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, international tax, and transfer pricing.
• Experience/advice for FIIs and e-commerce businesses.
• Ability to independently interpret and apply Income-tax Act, 2023, and related circulars/paripatras.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory (CA/ACA/Equivalent).
