Associate Engineer - Compiler development

Overview

Associate Engineer for compiler development, working on embedded and cloud edge software. You’ll assist with design, coding of small features, testing, debugging, issue triage, integration, documentation, and collaboration under supervision.

What you'll do

• Assist the design, development, modification, and validation of embedded and cloud edge software and utility programs.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements.
• Design and implement small software features for products and systems.
• Support coding for small features, unit testing, minor debugging fixes, and integration efforts.
• Participate in code reviews and regression testing, and triage issues to help ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with others on the project team to complete project objectives.
• Write technical documentation for software projects.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Work under supervision.
• Use verbal and written communication skills to convey basic, routine factual information.
• Complete tasks with multi-step planning, problem-solving, and prioritization.
• Perform activities including unit testing, debugging fixes, regression tests, and integration support.
