Overview

Engineer - Tool Chain is an individual contributor role focused on developing and maintaining embedded Linux systems software and toolchain components.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain embedded Linux systems software.
• Implement features, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Write and refactor clean, maintainable code following team standards.
• Debug and resolve technical issues.
• Write unit tests and contribute to test coverage.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain compiler toolchain components such as Clang and GCC.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience programming in C/C++.
• Familiarity with Linux or embedded systems.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with version control using Git.
• Basic debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with build systems and development tools.
