Associate – Finance Transformation Analyst – Coupa Support, Advisory

Overview

Associate Finance Transformation Analyst providing Coupa support and functional/production support for procurement processes and system issues. You will support testing for procurement system changes, assist with reconciliation and compliance activities, and coordinate incident resolution across teams.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day functional and production support for Coupa.
• Resolve approval workflow breakdowns, invoice/PO mismatches, integration failures, user access/configuration issues, and data integrity issues.
• Manage backlog and resolve issues across procurement processes.
• Perform end-to-end procurement testing for system changes and enhancements.
• Support SOX/compliance audits and control-related activities.
• Assist with Oracle–Coupa financial reconciliation and interface monitoring.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, IT, and technical teams for incident resolution and change requests.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Coupa support, procurement systems support, or finance systems support.
• Good understanding of procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience with invoice processing, PO matching, approval workflows, and user access support.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations, preferably Oracle.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• Education: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech or a Finance degree.

Nice to have

• Graduates in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or Sciences.
• MBA/PGDM in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
• Functional troubleshooting and incident management experience.
