Overview

Associate role in Investment Performance Analysis & Ops within BlackRock’s Performance Measurement & Attribution team, supporting global investment performance reporting and attribution.

What you'll do

• Partner with global teams to present a consistent client experience.
• Lead and oversee accurate and timely performance reporting across multiple fund groups.
• Drive resolution of residuals using the Aladdin platform and identify execution improvements.
• Deepen expertise in internal analytical systems (Aladdin) to handle complex client inquiries.
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues.
• Lead cross-regional transitions and reporting platform changes for seamless execution.
• Champion automation and standardization initiatives to improve efficiency and capacity.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of experience in Performance and Attribution within the asset management industry.
• Strong conceptual and practical understanding of performance and attribution concepts.
• Domain knowledge in Multi-Asset, Fixed Income, and Equity instruments.
• Advanced programming skills in SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Experience leading reporting platform migrations and cross-regional transitions.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and solve problems with high attention to detail.

• Location: Gurugram, India.
• Hybrid work model: at least 4 days in the office per week, with flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
