Overview
Global Facilities Engineer to design and support analytics-driven systems for global Facilities operations, turning operational data into actionable insights.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and support analytics-driven systems for global Facilities systems.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Integrate analytics and AI-enabled capabilities into Facilities platforms.
- Design and implement front-end user interfaces connecting analytics/AI to back-end enterprise systems.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across Facilities applications and data pipelines.
- Partner with Facilities, IT, and Digital teams to identify automation, predictive insights, and modernization opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance, standards alignment, and training to support global sites.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience delivering analytics, reporting, or system-enabled insights in an operational environment.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards or visual analytics solutions (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience with modern programming/analytics/integration tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Angular, Snowflake, SAP, GCP).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft O365 tools, including Excel, Power BI, and collaboration platforms.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions for global, cross-functional audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating analytics or AI-supported capabilities into enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to Facilities Operations, Maintenance, or industrial/asset-intensive environments.
- Experience designing or supporting front-end interfaces for operational or analytics applications.
- SAP Superuser or equivalent enterprise application experience.
- Experience working in globally distributed teams delivering solutions at scale.
