Overview

Healthcare Analytics Analyst for Cohere Health’s Analytics team, working on analyses that support strategy, product performance, and clinical intervention/product enhancements.

What you'll do

• Research, build, execute, and optimize auto-decisioning strategy for new client implementations.
• Use healthcare data to build and maintain analytical and reporting solutions for decision-making.
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve auto-decisioning performance and client value.
• Perform quantitative analysis of healthcare cost, operational performance, and clinical outcomes using claims and authorization data.
• Prepare client-ready information including reports, data visualizations, and self-service solutions.
• Develop and analyze datasets leveraged for client reporting/analytics.

What you'll need

• 2-5 years in an analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with claims data, authorization data, or utilization management data.
• Proficiency in SQL for daily use.
• Dashboard development experience in Tableau or PowerBI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to commute/relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana (preferred).
