Business Associate

Overview

Business Associate role focused on delivering analytics-based solutions for clients using data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.

What you'll do

• Analyze data and generate actionable business insights for clients.
• Build formulas and queries using tools such as Excel, PowerPivot, SQL, Python, and BI platforms.
• Apply consulting frameworks and analytical methodologies to drive outcomes on assigned work streams.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and handle analytical roadblocks.
• Synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Support Business Managers and Directors with robust insights and actionable recommendations.

What you'll need

• Have 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and/or Excel.
• Strong leadership and proactive communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to apply business judgment and a structured problem-solving approach to complex challenges.
• Actively build capability in AI tools and show interest in AI-enabled ways of working.
• Prior experience in a professional services environment.
• Undergraduate degree (B.E/B.Tech.) from tier-1/tier-2 colleges preferred.
• MBA degree from top tier colleges preferred.
