Overview

Join an AI and digital technology team as an Associate Business Intelligence Analyst focused on AI/ML, Generative AI, Python, LLMs, data, APIs, and enterprise applications. The role supports the development of AI assistants, chatbots, knowledge solutions, and intelligent enterprise applications.

What you'll do

• Assist in developing AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for business use cases.
• Develop Python scripts, applications, APIs, and AI solution components.
• Build LLM-based applications, chatbots, AI assistants, and knowledge solutions with senior engineers.
• Prepare and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications using REST APIs.
• Support testing, debugging, performance improvement, and deployment of AI applications.
• Participate in Agile development, code reviews, technical discussions, and documentation.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, data science, or a related area.
• BE, B.Tech, ME, or M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
• Good working knowledge of Python.
• Understanding of AI/ML, NLP, Generative AI, and LLM concepts.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and API integration.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and Git/version control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
• Exposure to LLM-based applications, chatbots, or AI assistants.
• Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, and responsible AI.
• Experience with Liferay Portal/DXP or other enterprise web applications.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
