Overview

Managed Services - AI Solution Developer (Senior Associate) in PwC Acceleration Center India, partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into AI solution designs and managed services delivery.

What you'll do

• Engage business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Translate business needs into use cases, solution designs, and user stories with acceptance criteria and success measures.
• Design and build AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and APIs.
• Configure agents, prompts, workflows, and integrations, and extend solutions with targeted custom code.
• Develop prototypes and production-ready solutions with data and engineering teams.
• Test functionality and integrations to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Responsible AI practices including security and privacy measures.
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks including Jira and Confluence.
