Senior Technical Program Manager for Ecosystem and Integrations

Overview

The Senior Technical Program Manager leads end-to-end execution of large, cross-functional technical programs and ensures alignment across engineering, product, and operational teams.

What you'll do

• Lead high-impact technical program execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security to define scope, success metrics, and delivery plans.
• Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, escalating when needed.
• Establish operating cadences with status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updates.
• Drive clarity and accountability across workstreams aligned to product milestones and company goals.
• Mentor junior TPMs and contribute to TPM best practices, templates, and tools.
• Influence strategic planning and roadmapping with a program execution lens.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years of experience in technical program management, software delivery, or engineering leadership.
• Track record of leading complex technical programs in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Deep understanding of software development, system architecture, and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (and other project management/collaboration tools).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications such as PMP or SAFe.
