Forward Deployed Engineer - India

Overview

AI-first Forward Deployed Engineer supporting customer deployments of the Pulsora platform in complex enterprise environments.

What you'll do

• Lead complex enterprise deployments and implementations for global customers.
• Partner with customer stakeholders to understand business processes, technical requirements, and ESG reporting workflows.
• Design and implement AI-enabled solutions for automation, compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Prototype proofs-of-concept, internal tools, automations, integrations, and dashboards.
• Configure workflows, validations, ETL pipelines, analytics, integrations, and reporting within the platform.
• Troubleshoot technical escalations and advise enterprise customers.

What you'll need

• 3–7 years of experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, solution architecture, enterprise SaaS implementation, or customer engineering.
• Strong experience with AI-assisted software development and modern engineering workflows.
• Hands-on skills with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, integrations, and analytics platforms.
• Experience developing LLM applications including prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, workflow orchestration, and evaluation.
• Experience using AI development tools including Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, and others.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
