Senior AI Conversational Engineer

Overview

Develop AI-powered voice and digital assistants using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and enterprise integrations.

What you'll do

• Design and develop AI-powered voice and digital assistants.
• Build conversational workflows, AI agents, and multi-step automations.
• Design prompts and optimize AI responses for quality and accuracy.
• Implement RAG pipelines with enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases.
• Develop Python components, tools, and FastAPI integrations.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems through APIs, webhooks, and databases.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams on scalable solutions.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience building LLM-powered applications or AI assistants.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, Git, and software engineering practices.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic AI, and tool calling.
• Strong problem-solving and system integration skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.
• Experience with FastAPI or Flask.
