Overview

Workato Integration & AI Automation Developer to build enterprise integrations, automation solutions, and AI-powered workflows across Salesforce and other business applications.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain Workato recipes, integrations, connectors, and automation workflows.
• Develop integrations across applications including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, Snowflake, and SaaS platforms.
• Build reusable integration components, APIs, and services using Python.
• Design end-to-end integration and automation architecture, including data flows between systems.
• Develop AI/GenAI automations using LLMs and enterprise data, including agentic workflows.
• Build RAG-based applications and integrate solutions using MCP, AI agents, APIs, and RAG architectures.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years of experience (stated).
• 4+ years of hands-on Workato experience.
• Hands-on Python programming experience for integration utilities and services.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, and API authentication.
• Experience with error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, monitoring, and integration observability.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architecture and system-to-system data flows.
