Generative AI -Software Engineer-Senior Associate

Overview

Senior Associate Generative AI Software Engineer role in PwC’s Data and Analytics Engineering practice, transforming raw data into actionable insights and building client-facing data solutions.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into backend functionalities for GenAI and agentic AI projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions, including event-driven architectures and external integrations.
• Manage relational and NoSQL data storage solutions to support AI applications in production.
• Use Kubernetes and DevOps practices to implement CI/CD pipelines for deployment and scalability.
• Build and integrate APIs using Python frameworks and collaborate for AI model deployment.
• Leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques for exploratory/descriptive analysis, modeling, and data visualizations.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with LLM interaction frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex.
• Experience integrating, scaling, and deploying GenAI and agentic applications in production.
• Experience setting up data pipelines for model training and real-time inference.
• Advanced Python expertise including OOP and asynchronous/concurrency techniques.
• Cloud-native development experience on Azure/AWS including serverless, microservices, and Kubernetes/Docker.
• Experience with additional OOP languages (Java, C++, C#) and WebSocket implementations.
