Full-Stack / AI Platform Engineer - Senior Associate

Overview

As a Full-Stack / AI Platform Engineer - Senior Associate, you will use advanced analytics, data manipulation, visualization, statistical modeling and machine learning to support clients in solving complex business problems and achieving strategic goals.

What you'll do

• Leverage advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize data manipulation, visualization and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems.
• Develop and implement algorithms to enhance data analysis processes and improve client outcomes.
• Apply machine learning techniques to optimize client operations and achieve strategic goals.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored data solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
• Utilize Python and other data analysis software to develop and deploy scalable data solutions.
• Navigate complex situations to deliver quality work and grow personal skills and technical knowledge.
• Mentor junior team members and guide them in applying data analysis methodologies.
• Develop backend APIs and services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and/or Node.js (Express) to serve AI capabilities to end users.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Python for machine learning applications.
• Utilize data analysis software to derive actionable insights.
• Engage in algorithm development to enhance data processing.
• Apply analytic research skills to support client projects.
• Adapt to diverse client needs in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• At least one of the following fields of study: Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance.
• At least one of the following: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS).
• Strong Python skills and working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Deep skill in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, with strong Next.js (App Router) experience.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment workflows.
• Hands-on work with agentic AI and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK), job queues, and event-driven systems.
• Experience putting LLM and AI APIs into production, plus a strong grasp of application security.
