Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Enterprise ALM, Test Automation & AI

Overview

Senior Full-Stack Engineer responsible for evolving enterprise ALM, test automation, infrastructure, and AI capabilities across Jira and Codebeamer in a regulated GxP environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and adapt Jira, Confluence, and Codebeamer solutions for enterprise needs.
• Design and deploy AI features, assistants, and agentic operations.
• Build, deploy, and sustain full-stack software enhancements.
• Lead advanced software test automation initiatives.
• Manage infrastructure delivery using Docker, Kubernetes, and other container solutions.
• Resolve performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and architectural challenges.
• Lead small-to-medium initiatives and mentor engineering peers.

What you'll need

• Hands-on programming experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Strong full-stack development and software delivery expertise.
• Extensive experience leading automation initiatives.
• Deep specialization in software test automation.
• Hands-on experience developing AI innovations, including MCP, agentic operations, or agentic testing.
• Experience developing and validating software in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated GxP environment.
• Experience with container solutions, enterprise ALM tools, and leading initiatives.
