Sr. Full-Stack Engineer

Overview

Sr. Full-Stack Engineer role building features across Python/FastAPI services, AI agents, data stores, and a React/TypeScript audit-review interface.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain Python/FastAPI backend features for audit orchestration, caching, scheduling, reporting, and integrations.
• Implement agents, prompts, MCP tool wiring, and SOP-injection blocks.
• Develop React/TypeScript audit-review components, dashboards, drill-downs, and override workflows.
• Write Pydantic models, schema-repair logic, and unit and integration tests.
• Integrate change-management, HR, and identity systems through tool servers and REST clients.
• Contribute to Postgres/SQLite models and migration or backfill scripts.
• Participate in code reviews, on-call triage, and accuracy or regression reviews.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Production experience with both Python and React/TypeScript.
• Experience with FastAPI or Flask/Starlette, Pydantic v2, asyncio, SQLAlchemy, Postgres, REST APIs, and pytest.
• Experience with React functional components, hooks, state management, typed API clients, and paginated views.
• Production or substantial prototype experience building or integrating AI agents with tool use and structured outputs.
• Prompt engineering and debugging experience for structured-output failures.
• Git, code review, Docker, and containerized cloud deployment familiarity.

Nice to have

• MCP server or client experience.
• Experience integrating change-management, HR, or identity systems.
• SQLite and Postgres dual-store experience.
• Bitbucket Pipelines or equivalent CI/CD experience.
• Exposure to GRC, IAM, SOX, or ITGC tooling.
• LLM evaluation harness and regression-testing experience.
