Overview
Hands-on software engineering role focused on CX Operational Transformation, with development of AI-driven solutions. You will design, build, deploy, and support AI applications and integrations for enterprise transformation objectives.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI applications using Python and modern AI platforms.
- Develop integrations with LLMs, APIs, vector databases, prompt management, and workflow orchestration.
- Contribute to AI agents, automation solutions, and intelligent workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in proof-of-concept activities and evaluations of emerging technologies and platforms.
- Evaluate AI models and frameworks for suitability for business use cases and enterprise adoption.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specs, and operational procedures.
- Follow enterprise SDLC processes including development, testing, deployment, and support.
What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development and technology delivery.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python for enterprise applications and AI-driven solutions.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Google Gemini Enterprise, Azure AI Services, AWS AI Services, or equivalents.
- Experience developing applications using generative AI and integrating with large language models.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience with cloud services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, IAM, Azure, AWS, or equivalents.
- Experience with APIs, databases, microservices, and integration patterns.
