AI Solution Developer Sr

Overview

Senior AI Solution Developer to lead end-to-end design, development, and operationalization of enterprise AI/GenAI solutions in Donaldson’s AI Center of Excellence.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI agents and enterprise-grade AI/GenAI solutions for business requirements.
• Integrate agent capabilities into applications and workflows using APIs and authorized platform interfaces.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI solution architectures and reusable frameworks.
• Create reusable templates, prompt libraries, and accelerators that can scale across the organization.
• Support production readiness with monitoring, incident management, and model/agent behavior analysis.
• Define evaluation methods for quality, hallucinations, safety/toxicity, and robustness validation.
• Construct AI-driven workflows using prompt patterns, RAG, semantic search, and agent-based architectures.

What you'll need

• 4-6 years of proven software development experience including API integration and production deployment.
• Expertise in Python and SQL for enterprise AI application development.
• Experience delivering GenAI solutions across prompting, retrieval augmentation, evaluation, and workflow integration.
• Ability to collaborate with platform, data, security, and business stakeholders.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
